The term "us" "our" or "we" refers to the owner of the website which is a joint partnership between the South West World Heritage Sites (Dorset and East Devon Coast, Stonehenge and Avebury, City of Bath and Cornwall and West Devon Mining Landscape). The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Although we have no objection to you using material on this site for personal or educational use or private research, we do not authorise your use of any material for commercial purposes unless you have permission in writing from the owner. The group, South West World Heritage Sites are hosted by the partner organisations and local authorities and abide by their codes of conduct. For example, the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Team is supported by Dorset and Devon County Councils and the South West Regional Development Agency, and works to a programme led by the Dorset and East Devon Coast World Heritage Steering Group - a partnership of Local Authorities, public organisations and representatives of the Private Sector.
